Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a return or exchange.
- 2.Contact Support
Reach out to our customer care team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Authorization number.
- 3.Pack Securely
Place the products safely in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, clearly marking your Return Authorization number on the exterior.
- 4.Ship and Refund
Send the package back to our distribution center; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement tea within 5-7 business days.
